The following delivery costs apply to all orders.
Within New Zealand
FREE DELIVERY via courier on all NZ orders over $100 otherwise ...
Standard delivery fee for Auckland is NZ$5.00 (this covers Albany, Drury, Howick, Airport, Henderson and everywhere within that area).
Standard delivery fee for the rest of the North Island is NZ$10.00
Standard delivery fee for the South Island is NZ$15.00
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery following receipt of payment. Costs are the same for rural deliveries however they may take an additional 2 days for delivery.
Unfortunately our couriers are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.
If you prefer your order to be delivered to a NZ PO Box there is an additional charge. Please choose 'NZ Post Box' as the freight destination. The cost for this is NZD$20.
Outside New Zealand
Shipping rates (via International courier through NZ Post which provides both tracking and insurance cover) are detailed below. All additional duties and taxes are payable by the purchaser.
United Kingdom / Ireland / Spain / Italy / Germany / Switzerland NZD$105
Australia NZD$35
Japan / China NZD$95
India / United Arab Emirates / South Africa NZD$175
These shipping destinations can be specified at the checkout.
Please note that these freight costs only apply to orders under 5kgs
(ie. a duvet inner and some bed linen will fall into this category).
Anything over that will incur higher freight costs which will be detailed at checkout.
(eg. 2 x duvet inners will incur 2 x freight charges)
